Early booking discount price £250 Musculoskeletal ultrasound is an important tool in clinical practice, utilised by many Rheumatologists, Physiotherapists and Sports Physicians on a daily basis to aid diagnosis and guide intervention within the clinical setting. This course offers candidates an opportunity to develop a solid foundation in the application of US imaging to musculoskeletal medicine under the tutelage of experienced Radiologists and Rheumatologist. This intensive 1-day course will focus on both knowledge base and practical skills with a combination of lectures, demonstrations and hands-on workshops. Upper and Lower limb imaging will be discussed with a strong inflammatory arthritis flavour to the day. The course contains six hours of hand-on workshops during which attendees will learn how to acquire typical views and detect normal and abnormal ultrasound findings in healthy volunteers and patients. There will be an opportunity to discuss individual training requirements and our experts will provide advice on further training and development. |
