Arterial line insertion This station consists of a realistic wrist with a pulsatile radial artery for cannulation. The model allows for simulation of different arterial pressures which will challenge the most experienced physician. Our tutor will explain the procedure and the relevant peripheral connections to a monitor and pressure bag. This is an ideal opportunity to practise a procedure which can be difficult in the most co-operative patient. Our latest model has had excellent reviews from candidates.
